Becky Markovitz graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. During her clinical rotations, Becky gained experience working with a wide range of diagnoses to include traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury in the acute care setting, and neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions in the outpatient setting. Becky enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries as well as sports injuries, pediatrics, neurologic conditions, and cardiac rehabilitation. Becky has clinical interest in lower extremity musculoskeletal injuries and vestibular rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people regain their independence and mobility and return to activities they love. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, hiking, baking, and reading.
